Shipping

All jewellery is posted via Australia Post as soon as possible. This may be a delayed a day or two depending on weekends, public holidays and whether the piece needs adjusting/re-sizing or returning from being on display interstate.

*FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WITH TRACKING IN AUSTRALIA* - All jewellery purchased within Australia is posted free via standard Australian Post. According to the Australia Post website, standard post should typically arrive in 2-6 business days. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA  - According to the Australia Post website, next business day is typical for 80% of addresses (please refer to their site for more information). 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING  - All pieces are posted express with tracking, through Australia Post. The time frames can vary so much, however it generally takes 5-7 working days from the moment it has been lodged.

SHIPPING TO THE US - Any items under the value of $800USD will be posted via Australia Post express international shipping. This should take approx. 5-7 working days. Anything over the value of $800USD will be posted with an independent courier, with approx. 5 day turnaround, and will likely need taxes/fees paid upon arrival due to changes in import tax fees which is the customers responsibility to pay.

CHANGE OF MIND

Unfortunately I do not offer refunds for change of mind, but can offer a store credit of the same value or an exchange, once the item has been returned safely, in it's original condition, within 14 days of purchase only. Please read my Refund Policy.
